Update: it is also the backyard/yard, when the team exits the building, to the car, to see the oracle, and Cypher drops his mobile in the trash. The same round brick wall is visible, as the real hotel has (but now it has a pool). When Morpheus says “we’ll be back in an hour” one can see the last arch (now a big window) that corners at the same rounded wall.
