Movie or TV Series Plot
A barely inhabited island in the west of Ireland, within sight of the mainland, from where the fighting of the civil war is raging. The lifelong friendship between Padraic and Colm is dealt an unexpected blow when Colm decides to end the friendship without a satisfactory explanation. Pádraic runs the farm with his sister Siobhan, who, along with the weak-willed Dominic, tries to figure out why Colm made this decision. But the more Pádraic tries to get an explanation from Colm, the more Colm becomes convinced of the correctness of his behave. And he does so by issuing a terrifying ultimatum.
