During World War II, four brothers and sisters--Lucy (Georgia Henley), Peter (William Moseley), Edmund (Skandar Keynes), and Susan (Anna Popplewell)--are sent to live with a professor in his old house for safety. They find the house very boring. Struggling to find ways to entertain themselves, one day they play a game of hide and seek. Lucy decides to hide in the large, ornate wardrobe in one of the rooms, and to her delight discovers it’s not just an ordinary wardrobe, but a magic one. Narnia is a snowy, mystical world filled with talking animals. But all is not magic and bliss. The siblings soon learn that the world is run by a vindictive witch (Tilda Swinton). Under her power, Narnia is always plagued with winter but never Christmas. To save Narnia, the children must team up with a lion, Aslan (Liam Neeson) and fight the evil witch. Will they save the world they’ve quickly grown to love or lose it forever?
