In 1967 the headquarters of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) is moved from France to Belgium. The secret funds of the organization are therefore to be transferred from Paris to Brussel by train. Arthur and Anatol, two handy French burglars decide to get their hand on the treasure. Unfortunately, on the other side of the Channel a British criminal mastermind, "The Brain", along with his team of professionals plan to highjack the train on the very same day, at the same time.
