During party in a night club, the police commissioner Stan Jalard and the inspector Simon come across Schneir, the public enemy number one. But as they try to arrest him Simon gets killed. Stan, who previously thought about quitting his job to leave a more peaceful life, decides to remain in the police in order to avenge his friend and takes the responsability of Simon's son. Two years after the incident, as Stan climbed the ladder of the hierarchy, he gets the signal that Schneider is on the run...
