Two Jedi Knights escape a hostile blockade to find allies and come across a young boy who may bring balance to the Force, but the long dormant Sith resurface to reclaim their old glory.
Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace is the first film in sequence for the wildly successful Star Wars Franchise, and the fourth to have been produced. Taking place years before Episode IV, it starts off with a younger Obi Wan Kenobi as a young Jedi Apprentice following with his Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn as they try to avert a war between the Trade Federation, and the planet Naboo. Escaping with Prince Amidala, they land on the planet Tatooine where they meet young Anakin Skywalker who's a slave that enjoys pod racing, and has the potential to become a powerful Jedi in time. Little do they know however that Anakin will eventually grow up to become Darth Vader.
