Movie or TV Series Plot
Léon is a professional hitman who lives alone in little Italy in New York. He meets Mathilda, the young daughter of the neighboring family, as she often seats in the corridor, visibly upset, with bruises, smoking cigarettes. The situation is tense at home since her dad is in trouble for breaking a deal he had with a corrupted DEA agent. The latter, delirious and high on cocaine, comes on day to Mathilda's apartment, while she is away, and slaughters her whole family. As the young girl passes the door of her apartment and realizes what has happened, she goes directly to the end of the corridor to knock of Léon's door. He opens. When she finds out what her protector does for leaving, she makes a deal with him. She will become his cleaning lady and teach him how to read. In exchange Léon will turn her into an experienced hitwoman, so she can avenge her little brother, only member of her family she truly loved.
