Agent Sean Briar investigates a mysterious explosion in central Paris. The clues lead to pickpocker Michael Mason, who would probably not be able to do such a crime. Since even the Paris police must not know anything about the investigation, the situation is quite confusing and it seems that the police themselves are somehow involved in the case.
